摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between fatty liver disease and hypertension、diabetes、body mass index (BMI). Methods Make a analytical investigation according to diagnostic criteria of hypertension % diabetes and partition of BMI, 28896 cases have been diagnosed fatty liver by B ultrasonic for physical examination in our hospital. Results The relevance ratio of fatty liver is 11.42% in this physical examination, the prevalence rate of patients with fatty liver whose accompanying with hypertension ^diabetes are 25.93% 、42.16% , the prevalence rate of whose suffer from hypertension and diabetes are 11. 61% N 5. 78% in non-fatty liver. There is significance difference in the prevalence rate of hypertension^ diabetes between fatty liver and non-fatty liver (P <0. 01) ;the prevalence rate of diabetes accompanying patients with fatty liver apparently higher than hypertension , the prevalence rate of hypertension higher than diabetes in non-fatty liver. The detection of patient with fatty liver or non- fatty liver, the patients whose weight is above normal range for body weight is 2. 7x and 0. 25x compare with the number of normal weights 0 There is significance of difference in BMI between fatty liver and non-fatty liver (P < 0.01). Conclusion (J)The male is mainly good poputations of fatty liver;?The prevalence rate of patients with fatty liver whose accompanying with hypertension and diabetes were apparently higher than non-fatty liver , there were certain connections between fatty liver and hypertension 、diabetes ;@There was closer relation than hypertension between fatty liver and diabetes ;④There was a significant correlation between BMI and fatty liver. The prevention and cure of fatty liver was not only pay attention to control fat, but also pay more attention to cure the related illnesses such as hypertension and diabetes.关键词
