损伤控制性外科在腹部血管损伤急救中的临床应用分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Damage Control Surgery ( DCS) in the treatment of abdominal vascular injuries. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 21 abdominal vascular injuries patients who admitted in our center from Jan. 2005 to Jun. 2010 was undertaken. These patients were eligible for the performance of ( DCS). Results According to (DCS) , 21 abdominal vascular injuries patients were treated by emergency operation such as abdominal aorta clamping, ligation, temporary intravascular shunt and packing. The definitive operation was performed as soon as the vital signs became stable. 15 cases (71.4%) survived. 6 cases (28. 6%) dead of hemorrhagic shock and multiple organ failure. Conclusion To improve the survival rate of abdominal vascular injuries patients, the application of ( DCS) and choosing eligible operations modus is the key management.关键词
