Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of interventional therapy on the puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage and assess its clinical significance. Methods Retrospectively analyze 9 cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated by interventional therapy from October 2008 to March 2010 in our hospital. 9 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were all treated by Seldinger technique: puncturing the femoral artery, making uterine artery angiography and Uterine artery embolization with gelatin sponge. Results 9 cases of postpartum hemorrhage could not be effectively controlled bleeding with traditional therapy, but after interventional therapy bleeding stopped quickly and shock manifestation disappeared. Interventional threapy took a short time, stopped bleeding quickly, retained the uterus and had other functions. None of 9 cases suffered lower extremity arterial thrombosis after interventional threapy. Conclusion Interventional therapy can control serious postpartum hemorrhage which can not be treated by traditional therapy , improve puerpera survival rates with severe postpartum hemorrhage. This article provide a strong basis for clinical application of interventional therapy for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.关键词
