Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Education Therapy on the patients with Cervical Artificial Disc Replacement (ADR). Methods After dmission, the complete and personal education plans, as well as the guide for educational stages were given to each of the patients. Before operating patients were given psychological care and explanation of the importance of function disciplines. The function trainings related ADR, including position exercises, trachea pushing training, respiratory action training, neck muscle relaxation training as well as the nuchal and back muscle training, were'perforined! After patients' operations, the practice and the effect evaluation of the education plan, was focus on. Before discharge, patients' guides were given ; follow-up was continuous one to four and half years. Results all the operation patients understood the significance of function disciplines on the patients and that they needed to master the discipline methods. Conclusion The education therapy on the patients with cervical vertebral disc herniation treated by the cervical ADR proved to be a beneficial method. It is an important factor to ensure and maintain satisfactory effects for cervical arthroplasty.关键词
