Prevention and nursing for postoperative pulmonary complications in patients with lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing measures for effectively preventing postoperative pulmonary complications in patients with lung cancer. Methods Clinical data of 80 lung cancer patients who accepted open-chest operation was analyzed. Results All patients were able to schedule surgery and the postoperative recovery was good. Eight patients got secondary mild pulmonary infection and discharged after they were treated actively. Other patients didn't occur complicatious such as pulmonary infection, atelectasis and respiratory failure. Conclusion To strengthen the comprehensive perioperative nursing of lung cancer patients can effectively prevent the occurrence of pulmonary complications.关键词
