四川省放射治疗机输出剂量的国际比对研究
An International Comparison of Output Dose of Radiotherapy Machines in Sichuan Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the international comparison verification of radiotherapy machine output dose and local comparison research of radiotherapy machine output dose in IAEA/WHO China district Sichuan province ) in 2009. Methods: LiF( Mg, Ti ) mailed way recommended by IAEA/WHO and self-made LiF TLD dosimeter( Mg, Cu, P ) were adopted to compare the output dose of radiation therapy machine. Data were collected from 30 medical units in Sichuan province under the situation of 5cm or 10cm depths of water, 10cm x 10cm field size, same SSD and SAD irradiation. Results: 11 Co radiotherapy machines and 19 accelerators were involved in the IAEA/WHO international comparison, among which 10 and 18 units passed respectively with the pass rate of 90. 9% , 94. 7% ; In Sichuan province comparison, 13 Co radiotherapy machines and 21 accelerators were involved, among them 11 and 18 u-nits passed respectively, with the pass rates of 84. 6% and 85. 7% . Conclusion: The pass rates of radiotherapy machine output dose in Sichuan radiotherapy units are lower than that in the developed countries, but higher than the average level of national survey.关键词
