Abstract
Objective: To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in prevention and treatment of allergy caused by nedaplatin used for chemotherapy in head and neck cancer. Methods: Eighty-nine cases of head and neck cancer accepted evidence-based nursing. Because of the allergy or even anaphylactic shock might be caused by nedaplatin, problems were posed and literatures were reviewed. Then nursing intervention was confirmed and put into effect. The care effect was evaluated finally. Results: Eighty-nine cases of head and neck cancer treated by nedaplatin processed without the occurrence of anaphylactic shock. Mild allergy happened in 4 cases. Conclusion; The incidence of allergic reaction of nedaplatin is reduced by use of evidence-based nursing, the degree of the allergy is relieved and then chemotherapy of nedaplotin become safer.关键词
