Abstract
Objective: To explore the influences of Yifei Decoction on the tumor-bearing mice s immune balance. Methods: Using the in vitro Lewis sarcoma cells to inject to the pure C57BL/6 mice, so the tumor-burdened mice were established, we divided them into three groups: a blank control group, a tumor-bearing control group and a Yifei decoction group. Observing the general life condition of each mice and detecting the concentrations of IFN and IL-4and the rate of IFN/IL-4. Results: The tumor-bearing control mice group live a poorer condition, and compared to the other two groups was statistically significant ( P< 0.05). Compared with the blank control group, the tumor-bearing group' s IFN-r concentration dropped (P<0. 05) , IL-4concentration increased ( P<0. 05 ) , the rate of them reduced ( P<0. 05 ) . Compared with the tumor-bearing control group, Yifei group' s IFN-r concentration increased (P<0. 05) , IL-4concentration dropped a little, but there was no statistical significance ( P>0. 05 ) , the rate of them increasesd ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusions: The tumor-bearing mice exist immune imbalance, and it migrants to Th2 type, Yifei decoction can effectively correct the Thl/Th2 imbalance, so the anti-tumor immune function strengthens.关键词
