Determination of Rare Earth Elements in Geological Samples by Using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
By using acid-soluble and open dissolved mineral technology, rare earth elements in geological samples have been determined by using acid digestion and plasma mass spectrometry. By using perehloric acid and sulfuric acid, it is found that the dissolved sulfate was better than mine perchloric acid in the experiment, and the presence of sulfuric acid will help eliminate the impact of Ba to mass spectra of rare earth elements. By using this method, geological samples using three types of country level standard Sample (GBW07401, GBW07103, GBW07309) have been tested. The verify accuracy rate is 95% to 105% with satisfactory results.关键词
