Abstract
Implementation of land purchase and reserve system has been carried out in Jinan city in early time. Through exploration and practices in 10 years, own model and operating mechanism of this system have been formed, which has strong and typical references. At the same time, problems occurred in this system also have strong representation. Through review and study on the implementation of land reserves in Jinan city,and carrying out deeping thinking on this system, the system has played more greater role in intensive land use and urbanization.关键词
