Abstract
According to a series of work experiences in the preparation, review of land consolidation project planning and design, budget, and acceptance of the completed projects, through analysis on problems occurred in land consolidation in China, such as plan and design can not meet the demand of present condition, construction and administration can not be done well, lack of funds, and lack of management and protection after the projects, relative countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to promote the healthy development of land consolidation.关键词
