Abstract
Through study on spatial distribution of commercial housing prices in Jinan city, characteristics and rule of spacial distribution of commercial housing prices are introduced, and elements which will affec commercial housing prices are determined. In order to promote development of commercial housing market in Jinan city, the housing industrial policies are formulated, and reasonable suggestions are put forward for carrying out urban plan.关键词
