摘要

Abstract

Based on the general layout for reconstruction project of Fuchun river navigation lock and the experiments of physical model and numerical simulation on black startup of the power plant,the influence of black startup on the navigation condition of downstream channel was analyzed,and the reasonable safeguard measures were put forward, which could be taken as a reference for resolving the problem of similar navigationpower junctions.
