Abstract
Acclimation methods of denitrifying phosphorus bacteria by using SBR are divided into two-stage acclimation method and three-stage acclimation method. The two acclimation methods can both a-chieve good results, whose efficiency of phosphorus and nitrogen removal can both reach above 90% and 80% ,and each has its advantages. The three-stage method is faster than the two-stage method,and during the same time of acclimation, the phosphorus adsorption capacity of the denitrifying phosphorus bacteria domesticated by the three-stage method by using nitrate is stronger than that by the two-stage method. Meanwhile,the anaerobic HRT, pH, carbon source, DO and SRT play important roles in the acclimation of denitrifying phosphorus bacteria.关键词
