Abstract
The term ＂intangible asset ＂ refers to the identifiable non-monetary assets possessed or controlled by enterprises which have no physical shape.Combining the development of computer technology and the wide application of computer database,you can design a special management software,enables us to use more convenience with intangible assets and reasonable management,the management of intangible assets and the use of more scientific,more reasonable,maximize intangible assets for our benefit.The design is based on B / S architecture WEB procedures,only needs to be installed in server deployment time,all connected to the network can access the computer.It has simple and clear structure.关键词
