苦参5种提取方法的比较研究
Comparative study of 5 kinds of extracting solution of Sophora flavescens
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare 5 kinds of extracting solution of Sophora flavescens. Methods:Extracting Sophora Flavescens according to 5 kinds of optimized extracting methods: semi-bionic extraction (SBE) .water extraction (WE), semi-bionic extraction and deposit with alcohol(SBAE),extracting with water and deposit with alcohol(WAE) .alcohol extraction (AE). Matrine, oxymatrine, total alkaloids, total area of HPLC and dry extract were the indexes to determine the best extraction method. Results:The comprehensive evaluation value was the following:KSBE>yWE>yAE>ySBAE>yWAE. Conclusion :SBE is the best method for extracting Sophora flavescens.关键词
