星蒌承气汤对急性脑出血大鼠肝、肠系膜淋巴结IRAK-4mRNA表达的影响
Effect of Xinglou Chengqi decoction on expression of IRAK-4 mRNA in hepatic stress injury due to acute cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
To study the effect of interlenkin 1 receptor associated kinase-4(IRAK-4) activity on hepatic stress injury due to acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH), and explore the protection mechanism of Xinglou Chengqi(XLCQ) decoction. Methods: The ACH models were established by injection of collagenase VII into internal capsule of cerebrum. The rats were randomly divided into blank control group,cerebral hemorrhage group,Fu-organ excess syndrome of phledm-heat model group and XLCQ group. Each group was divided into three time sub-group (24 h,48 h,72 h) to observe the expression of IRAK-4 mRNA in liver tissue and mesenteric lymphnodes with real-time quantitative PCR. Results:At different times,the expression of IRAK-4 mRNA in cerebral hemorrhage group was increased than that in model groups and decreased in XLCQ group than that in Fu-organ excess syndrome of phledm-heat model group. XLCQ decoction could reduce liver pathological injury significantly. Conclusion: XLCQ decoction has protective effect on the liver in cerebral hemorrhage period (Fu-organ excess syndrome of phledm-heat).关键词
