蒜棉麦棉套作对棉田土壤微生物生物量碳及活性的影响
Soil Microbial Biomass Carbon and Activity under Different Planting Patterns of Cotton
摘要
Abstract
The effects of cotton intercropping with garlic and wheat on the microbial biomass carbon and activity in soil were studied in field. The results showed that the growth period and intercropping patterns of cotton had significant influence on the microbial biomass carbon and activity. From seedling to flowering and boll - setting stage, the microbial biomass carbon, respiration rate and microbial activity of soil showed an upward trend, which reached the maximum at the flowering and boll - setting stage and then declined. Compared to cotton monoculture, garlic - cotton intercropping and wheat - cotton intercropping increased the microbial biomass carbon content, soil respiration rate and microbial activity and promoted the soil nutrient transformation and nutrient availability, in which, the effect of garlic - cotton intercropping was more significant.关键词
