摘要

Abstract

The effects of temperature,pH value,carbon and nitrogen sources on mycelium growth, conidi-um production and conidium germination of Fusarium oxysporum f. Sp. Cucumerinum were studied. The results showed that for the mycelium growth, conidium production and conidium germination of F. Oxysporium, the fitting range of temperature was between 20℃ and 30℃ ,the optimum value being 25℃ ,and the fitting range of pH was 5 ~7 with the optimum value being 6. Sucrose was the best carbon source for the mycelial growth, conidium production and conidium germination of the fungus. Among the tested nitrogen sources, potassium nitrate and urea were the best for mycelium growth and conidium production, but organic nitrogen was of more benefit to conidium germination than inorganic nitrogen.
