Optimizing Conditions for Fermentation of Bacillus subtilis sdau08-96
摘要
Abstract
Bacillus subtilis strain sdau08 - 96 was isolated from pomegranate fruit. It had obvious bacte-riostatic action to a variety of tree and fruit disease pathogens. The optimum fermentation conditions for it were LB medium, packing amount as 100 ml in 250 ml triangle bottle, initial pH value as 7.0, culture temperature as 28℃ , inoculation amount as 10% , and cultured for 72 hours at 200 r/min.关键词
