摘要

Abstract

The contents of Peonidin, Cyanidin 3,5 - di - 0 - glucoside, Pelargonidin 3 ,5 - di - 0 -glucoside, Peonidin 3 - 0 - glucoside, Delphinidin, Cyanidin and Malvidin in fresh leaves of Prunus cerasif-era var. Atropurpurea were quantitatively analyzed by HPLC. Cyanidin 3 - 0 - glucoside, Peonidin and No. 12 pigment were the principal pigments with the relative contents of 27.54% , 24.08% and 14.95% respectively, whose actual contents in fresh leaves were 3. 396, 2.969 and 2.108 mg/g respectively. The contents of Cyanidin 3,5 - di - 0 - glucoside, Malvidin, Delphinidin, Pelargonidin 3,5 - di - 0 - glucoside and Cyandin in fresh leaves were 0.005, 0.0075, 0.0185, 0.359 and 0.036 mg/g respectively, except Peonidin 3 - 0 -glucoside, whose content was very low. The structure and content of the other 28 kinds of pigments needed further analysis.
