Abstract
The changes of relative electric conductivity ratio, activity of SOD and POD, content of soluble protein, soluble sugar, praline and relative water content of twelve sweet osmanthus cultivars were measured under low temperature stress. The results of comprehensive evaluation on cold resistance by principal component analysis, subordinate function analysis and overwintering performance showed that ' Wan Yingui' , ' Susheng Jingui' and ' Zhusha Dangui' had strong cold resistance, while ' Yingye Dangui' and ' Yanhong-gui' had weak cold resistance. The principal component analysis and subordinate function method could be used for cold resistance evaluation of sweet osmanthus cultivars. Correlation analysis showed that the seven physiological indexes were relatively independent, so the cold resistance of sweet osmanthus cultivars should be measured and evaluated by multiple indexes.关键词
