不同桃树品种游离氨基酸含量与抗桃一点斑叶蝉的关系
Relationship between Content of Free Amino Acids and Resistance of Peach Varieties to Empoascanara sudra
摘要
Abstract
The relationship between free amino acids contents in leaves of different peach varieties and resistance to Empoascanara sudra Distant was investigated in this paper. The number of E. Sudra per 100 leaves and eggs per branch of nectarines were significantly higher than those of white peach, which indicated that the resistance of nectarine to E. Sudra was lower than that of white peach. Seventeen kinds of free amino acids were detected in peach leaves, and the contents of free amino acids in nectarines were significantly higher than those in white peaches. The total free amino acids, Asp, Glu, Leu, Tyr, Arg and Ala were negatively correlated with the resistance of peach to E. Sudra.关键词
