大肠癌组织中TAMs、TGF-β1表达与上皮间质转化的关系
Relationship between TAMs,TGF-β1 expression and epithelial mesenchymal transition in colorectal cancer tissue

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs) , transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1 ) expression and epithelial mesenchymal transition ( EMT) in colorectal cancer tissue. Method Immunohistochemistry was used to detected the expression of TAMs marked CD68 , TGF-β1, E-cadherin and Vimentin in 80 colorectal cancer specimens and matched adjacent non-cancerous tissue specimens. Result In colorectal cancer tissue, the TAMs count was 30.6 ±8.2 /HP, E-cadherin expression was positive in 31cases(38. 8% ), TGF-pl expression was positive in 58 cases(72.5% ), Vimentin expression was positive in 38 cases(47. 5% ). Bui 16.4 ±7. 2 /HP, 64 cases (80.0% ) ,23 cases(28.8% ), 0 in adjacent non-cancerous tissue. TAMs count, TGF-β1, E-cadherin and Vimentin protein expression were correlated with differentiation, depth of invasion, Duke stages and lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer, all P<0.05. TAMs count, TGF-pl expression was negatively correlated with E-cadherin protein expression (r = -0. 64 and - 0. 39, P < 0. 01 ) while positive correlated with Vimentin protein expression ( r = 0. 62 and 0. 33, P < ? 0.05). Conclusion The infiltration of TAMs and TGF-pl overexpressed caused inflammatory environment maybe involved in EMT in colorectal cancer.关键词
