Research on the Public-value-oriented Subsequent Planning of Shanghai Expo Area
摘要
Abstract
The subsequent development of the Expo Area is the part of the Expo which plays the role of continuing and expanding the dominant function of the Expo. The special historical mission of the Expo decides what the main function of the Expo Area subsequent planning is. The value of the Expo has undergone three stages： before 1933, between 1933 and 1990, and from 1990 to the present. The value of different period of the Expo determine the planning conscious, planning area, planning content etc. The Bill of Shanghai Expo Area planning establishes ＂public character＂ based on 2010 Shanghai World Expo Registration report of China . The purpose of paper is to understand what the ＂public character＂ is, and research how to planning Shanghai Expo Area.关键词
