Abstract
Based on the work practice of the exploration in ＂Coordination of urban plan and land use overall plan ＂ in Shanghai, the article summarizes the development of regulatory planning, advance ideas, features and ways of implementation, analyzes new problems urder the background of the coordination of urban plan and land use plan,studies on regulatory pllanning and administration of Mega-cities urder the condition of the limited resources and law control from the angle of theory and practice.关键词
