摘要
Abstract
The mass tort is a new kind of tort, it is different from the traditional tort m many ways, and the law about traditional tort can not suit to the mass tort, so there should be a independent rule for the mass tort itself. A preliminary analysis is made for tort from its features, principle of liability and component. The mass tort is analyzed from the aspects of characteristics, principle of liability and elements.关键词
