Abstract
Under the chaotic conditions of the style of current civil procedure law＇s basic principles, the new identification standards are proposed based on the analysis of the functions and characteristics of civil procedure law, to exclude the inappropriate basic principles of current civil procedure law and introduce useful principles to reconstruct the basic principles of China＇ s Civil Procedure Law. That is the only way to make the basic principles of civil law consistent with the current social situation, and play its due effect.关键词
