Habermas＇ formal paradigm of law and welfare paradigm of law are analyzed.Several ways to resolve the crisis in capitalist country under the rule of law are analyzed,which are proposed by scholars.The significance of proceduralist paradigm of law for China is analyzed as well.关键词
