Characters and Causes of Scientific Research Burnout on University Faculty
摘要
Abstract
Based on burnout phenomenon of scientific research on university faculty,the concept and application field of burnout are analyzed,the concept and meaning of scientific research burnout are put forward.The forms of scientific research burnout are discussed.The reasons to cause research burnout are expounded from three aspects： individual characteristics,college research conditions and atmosphere,and social factors.Suggestions to ease or improve research burnout are put forward.关键词
