Abstract
A model to simulate the inner temperature gradient of the nickel-hydrogen cell was proposed in this paper. The temperature in the discharge process of the nickel-hydrogen cell was simulated. The result indicated that the simulation data was similar with the test data and the maximum temperature difference was only 0.7℃, which validated the rationality of the simulation model. The model was used for thermal design optimization of 40 A · h nickel-hydrogen cell in the Tiangong-1 target spacecraft. The battery was made based on the optimization result. The test result of the inner temperature of the ceils with new design showed that the maximum inner temperature difference was about 5 ℃, which was satisfied with the thermal design demand of the nickel-hydrogen cell.关键词
