苦参内生真菌的分离鉴定及抑菌活性的初步研究
Isolation and identification of an entophytic fungus from Sophora flavescens and its microbiostatic activity
摘要
Abstract
An entophytic fungus was separated from the fresh seed of Sophora flavescens by using tissue isolation and then identified in terms of morphology and 16S rDNA molecular biology to confirm the strain name. Also its effects on common agricultural pathogenic fungi and bacteria were determined. The results showed that the colony of the entophytic fungus separated and purified from the fresh seed is light yellow and has a short-fluff form and a few of radial grooves .its vegetative mycelia are tree-root-shaped,the conidiophore is relatively long with short-rod-like apex,and the conidium is oval.The fungus was identified as Aspergillus terreu. Microbiostatic tests indicated that the strain has a significant inhibiting effect on several agricultural pathogenic fungi and bacteria, and especially on Enterobacter aerogenes and Fusarium oxysporum f.
