Problems and supervising countermeasures of fund management in scientific research
作为科研活动的重要组成部分,科研经费管理在保障科研活动有效资金支持、提高经费使用效率、减少和杜绝违法违规行为等方面具有不可或缺的作用.本文研究了现有科研活动的特点,分析了科研经费管理方面存在的问题,并提出了相应对策,为科研经费的高效有序使用提供财务支持和借鉴.
As an important component in research activity,fund management is absolutely necessary to guarantee effective financial support for scientific research,enhance fund use efficiency,and decrease and put an end to illegal activities. The article studies characteristics of current research activities, analyzes existent problems in research fund management,and puts forward relevant strategies to efficiently use scientific research funds.
