纳米TiO2/柞蚕丝素对柞蚕丝绸的整理
Structure and properties of tussah silk treated with nano-TiO2 and tussah silk fibroin

Abstract
Tussah silk were treated with self-made nano-TiO2 and tussah silk fibroin mixture, the structure and properties of tussah silk fiber before and after finishing were measured. The sizes of nano-TiCO2 and the nano-TiO2/fibroin mixture finishing solution were measured by laser particle analyzer, and the structure of the tussah silk fiber before and after finishing were characterized by the infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) methods. Furthermore, the UV resistance performance, drape style, brightness, strength and other properties of the tussah silk fabrics before and after treatment were measured. The results showed that the average particle size (D50) of nano-titanium dioxide and the compound were 1.13nm and 14.2 nm, respectively. The fiber surface became rougher when finishing with the mixture of nano-TiO2 and fibroin due to the fixation of new material, silk fiber aggregation structure did not change, The UV radiation and drape style performance of the finished tussah silk improved, while the whiteness and strength of the fabrics decreased slightly.关键词
