Abstract
Technology standard alliance is the effective approach to optimize and upgrade structure of indus-trial group, and that can help it reach to higher hierarchy. This paper analyzes strategic significance to construct technology standard alliance of industrial group in Liaoning from the point of features of development of industrial group in Liaoning. Paths are provided, such as renewing ideas of industrial group governance, perfect models of industrial group governance, program level of collaboration in alliance, establishing scientific structure and mechanism of industrial group governance, and constructing related public policy service system.关键词
