Abstract
With the official releasing ISO 26000 standards, corporate social responsibility goes into a new stage, which is their own needs of business community and society. To fulfill their social responsibilities, companies can gain a lasting competitive power. The management efficiency of R&D institutions has impact on our country' s scientific and technological innovation and social progress. This paper discusses some new ideas of management for the R&D institutions according to the ISO 26000 standards.关键词
