Reflection and Perfection of the Food Recall System in China——Incidentally on The New Administration of Food Recall

Abstract
Legal Status of food recall System has been settled down on Article 53 of the nation's food safety law. While,in terms of legal texts, problems that including deficiency of related regulations, top-down style of supervision, multi-layer system and infeasibility of recall system, should be mitigated at all levels. This dissertation is also researched in the new draft amendment of Adminitration of food recall in 2011.关键词
