Abstract
There were many kinds of quality models and methodologies evolved in the past, like Taylorism, Fordism, SQC.CWQC, TQM, Six Sigma,ISO 9000 and Performance Excellence Model etc. Recently we notice there are many new concepts of quality models and methodologies. For example,TQM replaced by TQ in USA; delight quality; putting people first; integration of six sigma with other tools; 3rd generation quality management.关键词
