Abstract
This study makes an empirical analyzes on the relationship between the human resource structure optimization and industry structure adjustment in Hebei.The political and educational linkage mechanism on how to adjust middle-high education specialty configuration,establish talent training model and optimize provincial human resource allocation is put forward in order to match the ＂two,three,one＂ industry structure in Hebei.关键词
