Survey on the New Rural Social Pension Insurance System in Pilot Areas of Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
Rural old-age insurance system is an important part in the whole social security system.Based on the survey data from the new rural social pension insurance（NRSPI） pilot implementation areas in Hebei Province,this paper fully analyzes the existing problems and difficulties of current policy from the viewpoint of understanding level for policy content,participation rate of young people,propaganda and management service,policy expectance.Through referring to pilot experience of other provinces,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions.It aims to enhance the sustainability and potential function of the new rural endowment insurance so as to provide reasonable reform basis for further improvement and development.关键词
