The Analysis on the Corporate-governance at the Different Development Stage of SMEs
摘要
Abstract
SMEs confront with different problems at their different development stages in corporate-governance.At the stage of existence and survival,the central issue of corporate-governance is the confused ideas of enterprisers and financiers for their interests.At the stage of success-disengagement and success-growth,the principal contradiction is the interest balance between reigning decision maker and external managers introduced.At the stage of take-off and resource maturity,the essential of corporate-governance is to set up normal corporate-governance structure gradually and to settle interests disputes between big stockholders and small stockholders.关键词
