Abstract
By analyzing the relationships of cost, schedule and quality in project management of Jishixia Hydropower Station, the dynamic management and supervision on pricing control are implemented in the phases of design, bidding, construction and completion and settlement. These controls guarantee the rationality and truthfulness of quantity, price, expenses and the increased or reduced costs not included in contracts.关键词
