Abstract
Because the unconventional method and a variety of welding deformation controls will be used in the installation of extra-large radial gate for Jishixia Hydropower Station, the whole installation process including combination, assembly and welding is studied. By reserving contraction and anti -deformation margins, reinforcing, selecting reasonable welding method and adjusting welding sequence, the installation quality is guaranteed and the investment is saved. The conflict between civil engineering and metal structure constructions is solved and the construction duration is also shortened.关键词
