摘要

Abstract

The spiral case of No. 1 turbine in Jishixia Hydropower Station is welded under the circumstances of high altitude, cold climate and open area. In order to ensure welding quality, the process tests are conducted on site before formal welding, and the strict quality control measures are adopted during the welding. The detections show that more than 99% weld seams meet the requirements on quality and the overall welding quality is good.
