中小企业财务管理存在的问题及对策

Abstract
At present, there are still some problems to be urgently solved in the financial management of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China. They have become the important restrictive factors in the reform and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. With regard to the specific performance of financial management of the small and medium-sized enterprises such as difficulty financing and poor legal consciousness, the main causes for the existing problems were analyzed. Some countermeasures for solving the problems in the financial management of the small and medium-sized enterprises were proposed from the aspects of external environment, managers' quality, enterprise management,etc.关键词
