Abstract
At present, the policies of land acquisition and resettlement for construction of water-related industries in China such as water conservancy and hydropower and transport (water transport) have some differences. The water conservancy and hydropower projects have a clear policy of resettlement for their construction, however, the transport (water transport) projects do not have a definite one. Based on a case study of resettlement design of Laokou Project on Yujiang River in Guangxi, the policies of land acquisition and resettlement for construction of water conservancy and hydropower and transport (water transport) projects were systematically investigated, and a comparative analysis was carried out from various aspects of guiding philosophy, resettlement and compensation, technical assessment agencies as well a resettlement post-support. Finally, the relevant policies and resettlement ways of water-related industries were proposed for their improvement and unification.关键词
