Abstract
The influence factors for testing results of Izod notched impact strength of automotive bumper special material PP SP179 were analyzed. The results show that the unreasonable preparation of specimen will increase the deviation of the testing results; both higher or lower relative cutter speeds for preparing the notch will result in lower testing result of impact strength; poor blade quality will also result in lower testing result of impact strength; under reasonable specimen preparation technology, the specimen can be tested after the notch is prepared for 4 h; the apparatus has influence on the result, which should be calibrated regularly.关键词
