摘要

Abstract

On the basis of the contrast test between the sodium hypochlorite generator with stainless steel cathode and the sodium hypochlorite generator with titanium cathode, this paper analyses the corrosion degrees of different cathode materials caused by sodium hypochlorite solution, and systematically studies the different effects of different cathode materials on factors such as the concentration of available chlorine, alternating current consumption, salt consumption, current efficiency, operating cost of the generator, etc. The study result shows that the sodium hypochlorite generator with titanium cathode has solved the problem of electrode corrosion from that equipped with stainless steel cathode, while the operating cost of the sodium hypochlorite generator with stainless steel cathode is lower than that equipped with titanium cathode.
