摘要
Abstract
In 2008, the Ministry of Water Resources began to set up new generation satellite communication system, purchased satellite transponder resources, and renovated the old master stations. New generation satellite communication master station platform of water resources was constructed and has been put into operation. The article describes satellite parameters of the system, expounds networking modes and structures of master station, small station, small stations for emergency communication and integrated business, analyzes allocations of telephone number and IP address. It is expected that the article can be used as a guidline for construction of similar system. We will make efforts for making the scale of satellite small stations to reach several thousands, within five years after the construction of new generation satellite communication system for water resources.关键词
