摘要
Abstract
Food control information explosion process is a vital composition of information explosion process for water. OTA technology has already reached a mature stage, so it can be employed for the promotion of flood control information explosion process. The thesis makes a description about conception, networking structure of OTA, elaborates topology structure and function framework for the information system. OTA technology can be used with technologies of GPRS transmission, middleware, multi-layer structure and Web-service for construction of flood control information system. Framework of application system and functions of mobile information system for flood control command and regulation established by adopting technologies of PDA, OTA and WAP are also introduced.关键词
